Brooklin's 4th of July festivities included a float that featured a comment on the nation's health care system. As doctors operated the patients, removing large amounts of money which were quickly handed over to congressmen, and executives from insurance and pharmaceutical companies. Also featured in the parade were veterans, a guest 'princess' and 'The Brooklin Family' a take off on 'The Addams Family'.
