If Christmas has a smell, it’s emanating from the Hancock County Technical Center kitchen. Students in the culinary program use holiday feasts as training grounds for possible future careers. Go and enjoy their efforts at an all-you-can-eat Christmas buffet Wednesday, Dec. 15, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the student-run Brookside Restaurant.
