Folks in Southwest Harbor celebrated the opening of their renovated police station Saturday with a ribbon cutting, speeches, tours and refreshments. The $451,000 project included expanding the station in to an area formerly occupied by the fire department, providing individual workstations for officers and the addition of an interview room.
